The Global Data Prepaid Priority Plan (PPP)

All of our customers with advanced support requirements choose to use a Global Data PPP to deliver these needs. These plans give our customers flexible prepaid priority support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customers receive premier support from the Global Data Technical Team with response times ranging from two hours to NBD.

Maximum Flexibility!

This support service has been specifically developed with the aim of providing a high degree of expertise to the customer, with as much flexibility as required to suit their specific work environment.

Global Data PPPs can be used for support, scheduled maintenance, project work, consulting, training, and site audits. The PPPs do not expire and can even be converted into hardware purchases if not being used.

Job Tracking System (JTS)

The Global Data Job Tracking System (JTS) is an integral part to the way in which our Technical Services team deliver all our phone, email and onsite technical support.

The JTS ensures that all service jobs are allocated an individual job tracking number, response times are monitored and escalated, and job history is recorded. The JTS produces a Job form (checklist) that is approved for sign-off by our customers once the job is satisfactorily completed.
